In today’s super vulnerable Substack post (I’l In today’s super vulnerable Substack post (I’ll put links in stories etc) I shared that I’ve been struggling with motivation for the past few months because of some things going on behind the scenes. You can read it, if you want the full deep dive 🤪. However, one of the biggest gifts of this period has been bringing me back to a simple and powerful spiritual practice of simply tuning in everyday to my higher power and divine support squad for the next aligned action. I’ve been blown away by the magic that’s manifested when i simply focus on the one or two tasks that I’m guided to do and release the long to do list my thinking mind has planned for me. So if you can relate or you want to try a more ease full way of operating, I’ve recorded a short five or six minute guided meditation on my YouTube channel for tapping in and finding your next aligned action step —- BUT then you do have to actually take it. 🤪🙏✨ Give it a whirl and let me know how it goes ❤️
